Happy Mother's Day to my Mom! We packed everything up after church and headed to Twin Falls to make dinner for Marmee. It was a sweet day.
Of course no Sunday is complete without a round of Phase 10!
And..... a long game of CLUE and Ashton with a "bubble hat." (I'm not sure what was going on there.)
Ashton received an award at a Court of Honor. I'm hoping he will complete his Eagle Scout Award and follow in the path of a lot of these young men. He's had great examples to lead him.
Ashton's Choir concert- they sang "In a Yellow Submarine," which was my favorite.
This is Jett and Paxton sitting in front of us. I love that Pax has to cover his ears, while the band is playing. He said it was just too loud!
Peri competed in her first science fair. Her friends Carlee and Miley all made Galaxy Slime together and it was adorable.
Taylor's choir concert and they all sang like angels. Her choir won the first ever Festival with all Masters. They really were so beautiful to listen to. It would bring tears to your eyes.
Grandpa came to watch Easton and Taylor sing and he was so proud of them!
Last week of school! I can't believe how much they have all grown. I miss them already.
Ms. Tough Defender. Peri had another amazing season with Coach Eddie. She can hardly wait for Fall soccer to get here. Undefeated again!!!
Ashton has played some great baseball this season. I always love watching him play.
This is Peri and I at our school concert. We get to perform at The Stephens Performing Art Center, with the most amazing acoustics. Our theme was Americana, and I saw a few tears shed. It was sensational. My kindergartners sang, Take Me Out to the Ball Game and Yankee Doodle Boy with lots of cute actions.
These are two of my students, Kate and Lyza. Aren't they soon cute!
This dude was getting ready for a much needed haircut!
We celebrated Cam's birthday! He requested a simple dinner of hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, his dad's potato salad and watermelon. Easy Peesy!
This was the much anticipated "fancy" backpack for High Adventure. Mom and Dad- this is what he bought with your money! He was so excited to finally get it! Thank you.
The softest hiking boots you can buy!
Happy 39th!
Off to the annual Memorial Day weekend with the Watsons and the Ostermans in Island Park. I can't believe we have been doing this for 18 years! The kids have grown up so much. Treagyn even brought a friend, Jason (who's sitting next to Taylor) he was the sweetest kid.
Taylor and Ashton got Patagonia hats and were pretty excited.
We are a happy family (Ashton put my phone in this planter to take the picture- it turned out pretty well, except my microphone on my phone is now full of little bits of soil.) It was worth it.
The kids love all the bear proof garbage cans. Each one is painted differently, and seriously I don't think a bear could ever figure out how to get inside one.
Lots of late night game playing, while the kids.......
watch movies.
The crazy shoe pile- every year it's stacked like this.
Of course, a beautiful game of whiffle ball.
Cute girls, with cute braids.
Ashton wrote Treagyn's motorbike the ENTIRE time. He loves zipping around on this thing- but of course very safely.
4-wheeling- also another activity Ashton couldn't get enough of.
All grown up
All of us "BIG" kids.
This was 2 seconds in the car, and Peri had crashed- of course with monkey.
Peri started fast pitch softball again. She is liking it, and working on her batting with her dad.
Ashton pitched a ton this season, almost every game. Nothing makes a mom more nervous, than watching her son have to carry the whole game.
My kinders are finally graduates. Aren't they adorable.
My EA, Mrs. Rachel Harris- couldn't have done it without her.
This is London, who knows how to work the camera and taught us how to pose.
Look who learned to drive the riding lawn mower!!!!! Nobody is more excited about this than him, well maybe Cam (since he doesn't have to mow the lawn anymore)
3rd Place Bronco division winners!
This might be my most favorite picture of my life. A friend of mine said, "make sure you get one of these at the MTC." So tender!
Such a good dad.
And finally.... it's officially summer, with sleeping out on the tramp and hanging out with the puppies. AAAHHHHH!
