Peri and Cannon

Taylor and Ashton are loving their new schools so much! Ashton is mostly excited that he only has homework once a week. He's also found a lot of new friends, one of which is Jaxson Long. Jaxson has MS, and is now in a wheelchair; but it doesn't stop him from doing anything.  He rides his chair down to our house and we carry him inside and put him on the couch to play "mine craft" on the X-Box with Ashton. Cam and Ashton are working on a ramp for him to the front door, so he doesn't have to get out of his chair. He's such a fun kid and we love having him in our home. Jaxson asked if Ashton could be his helper at school, so Ashton sits right next to him and gets him whatever he needs.

Taylor is loving the scholastic, as well as social life of Middle School! She's not loving the bumpy bus ride- but likes chatting with her friends. She loves science, math and English, BUT NOT P.E. I am reminded of this every day when she walks in the door and throws herself on the couch. "I hate PE, it's so hot outside," can you tell we've spoiled this child! She loves her locker partner and is saving up babysitting money to put a pretend chandelier and mirror in it.  So proud of all her hard work and doing her very best!

Peri started another season of soccer and is loving it! She's a great hustler and is not afraid to get in there and get the ball. She's playing with her new friend, Grace Schroeder who is Brad and Emily Schroeder's little girl- soooo cute. She's also got her buddy Carter B from last year's team and also is a friend at school. They came up with the team name Icee's, because they say there shirts look like blue Icee's. Love that!
