Last night the family attended a birthday party for Dr. Seuss at The Academy. We took blankets and pillows and lots of books and sat on the gym floor and read. We also listened to some of the teachers read to all the kids. We played a few games, did a craft and had a book trade. The kids had a great time. The best part was birthday cake and ice cream at the end. We have a great PTO.

what a great idea to have a party for Dr. Seuss! I'll have to remember that for next year.
