We got to hang out with the Turpin family at the parade.
Ashton and I decided these girl's look like "Thing 1 and Thing 2" from The Cat and the Hat. Their mom behind them, also encouraged them to dance the Macarena through the whole parade. Needless to say, they were very entertaining!
The missionaries made the parade.
One of my favorite floats, because the goat and the llama were chasing each other.
So, hot! We love when they throw water or popsicles out.
Callie is so cute! She immediately smiled when I held my phone up at her.
She can say "CHEESE"- so cute
Decker was checking out my purse, and luckily found a bandaid to put on his "Owie"
He wore it the rest of the night.
Love the Beau Eddie family!!!!
Cam and Ashton enjoying a little Chukkars baseball
IT WAS VERY HOT! But, Peri used the magic Marmee trick with a wet paper towel. A wet paper towel can fix ANYTHING!
Decker couldn't wait to go to the baseball game with Uncle Cam and get him a snow cone. Wish granted!
Can you tell who Cam is talking to............ wait for it............. Steve Garvey. The former Dodgers player. He was there to watch his son play for the Colorado Rockies.
This is he and his wife in front of us. They were very nice. Cam talked to he and his brother-in-law for most of the game about fly-fishing. Steve said to Cam and his bro-in-law," you guys know so much about fly-fishing, you should have your own show."
This is his son- Ryan Garvey
My favorite part of the game. The kids get to run the bases at the end of the game. SOOOOO CUTE!
Decker wasn't sure about the whole thing. Maybe next year.
Waiting for the fireworks
Taylor is the ultimate babysitter! She loves her cousins so much. By the end of the day, Decker wanted to come sleep at Tay's house.
The fireworks didn't start until 11:15 p.m. Apparently, some drunk dudes decided to jump into the river and couldn't get out. After being rescued, the show finally started.
Love my Cam- thanks for a fun day!
