A soccer game and a fundraiser

Peri throwing it in. She played great this game.

Ashton and I running- not the greatest pic.  But it does show our enthusiasm.

Peri and Charli running together, but taking a quick Kiwi-Loco break

Ms. Bowen, our 6th grade teacher even dressed up her dog Brenna to run the 5k

Mr. Lovstedt, our principal got a few of Taylor really enjoying her frozen yogurt

The PTO did the last big event for the year! HOORAY We held a 5k walk/run at Brooklyn's Playground.  It was a great success! We raised over $3,000 for our playground.  That's a lot of money for our little school! The day was rainy, windy and cold- but everyone was troopers to the very end.  Cam grilled hot dogs, while I marked off laps for the little kids track.  We had so many prizes, including a razor scooter.  Ashton ran hard, Tay ran a couple laps and then found frozen yogurt.  Peri ran with her friend and then headed for the toys. She had just won her soccer game earlier that morning,  and was pretty tired out.  Peri's team remained undefeated ( except for that game against our cousin Cannon- we're not counting that one- because Cannon can beat an entire team on his own) Peri has played her heart out and loved it. We have the last tournament game this Saturday and then summer soccer starts.
