Well, first of all... we had a giant fire up the canyon by us. Some boys were playing with matches and started an entire mountain on fire and burned down a house. Not just any mountain------ Cameron's beloved Chukar hunting mountain. He watched that fire like it was his baby; until it finally was out. So, he'll just have to find another spot with Clue.
Next, was the Snow College Alumni Event with the Bees Baseball game. All the Snow people were invited to watch the game- we had pretty good seats and had lots of yummy food and watched a pretty long game. It wasn't the most exciting game- but there were a lot of foul balls for the kids' to catch. After the game, we watched a pretty amazing firework show- which Ashton was sure they were going to land on top of us. The kids also got a baseball and mini bat to have signed by one of Derek's old teamates' friend. They were excited!
Last but not least was a day with Taylor. We went to have our toenails done at the # 1 NAIL SPA. ( also called- the Korean spa; in which I have no idea what you're saying, just smile and nod my head) Taylor thought it was the greatest thing ever. Then a little bit of shopping for school shoes, lunch at Mrs. Powell's for soup in a loaf, and spending an hour in a bookstore that's closing out. We could have bought every book in there. A special day with my little peanut. Love my Taylor girl!
