Disneyland Family Trip

We have just returned from a very fun week in Anaheim. We played so hard and had so much fun being together, but we're exhausted. Disneyland was more fun than ever, especially watching Peri. She still has that magic in her eyes when she sees Tinkerbell or Mickey. Ashton was our little daredevil again, and rode all the scary rides with mom and dad. Taylor is VERY afraid of anything that moves. However, she did let us spin the teacup this year-so that's an improvement. She's perfectly happy to ride the carousel 50 times. Our favorite ride this year was Splash mountain, and the River Rafting Ride. We got soaked- but it felt good on a warm afternoon. The weather was perfect and the lines weren't too bad. However, we've decided to save up and go on a Disney Cruise next year- we're all excited for that. We loved playing at the beach- we went to Huntington Beach and played till we couldn't get anymore sand in our "nooks and crannies." Then off to an Anaheim Angels game- which we all LOVE; especially the Rally Monkey. We saw Cars 2 in 3D and ate too much good food and tons of treats. We returned home last night, to discover someone had mowed our lawn for us- I think it was those very sweet neighbors and friends who watered our flowers for us. How can we ever repay them? What amazing friends!!!!
