Oh, gotta love that Jen Jeppsen

The Jeppsen Family has been so kind and insisted that we come and hang out with them in their a/c home. They invited us to dinner while they were hosting two ladies from Costa Rica.  They were here for the Idaho International Choir Festival. It was so fun trying to listen to Tay speak a little Spanish with them. They are two of the sweetest ladies.  We went to two of their performances, and they were amazing. Latin is my new favorite music. We also loved the German Choir and have found a new love of Eric Whitacre! He is a genius composer and conductor.  You should listen to him on Pandora sometime. You're heart with melt.
Ashton and Paxton- don't they look happy! We were all in the kitchen watching them make their coffee for the evening.  I LOVE that smell!

They use lots of instruments and drums, which makes it so fun to listen to

Here they are performing at The Stephens Performing Art Center. Amazing acoustics!!

While we were there for dinner last week, Peri left her flip-flop. That evening I received this text:

Dear Peri,
if u want to wear this with its mate EVER AGAIN U MUST do the following:
Take a picture of you with only one sandal on. Then U must show me how happy u r that we found it.  After completing these two missions I will let u know when and where I will make the drop.

A couple hours later, we got this text:
This shoe of Peri's is VERY sociable

So Peri wrote back:  My other shoe is missing its mate- please let her come home!!!! Le us know the drop off and we will gladly come get her.

She's had an eventful day of climbing tress

and reading books

and playing games

But this crazy shoe keeps ending up by the air vent.

Stay tuned for more adventures with Sandy the lost sandal.

Sandy enjoyed the Costa Rica Rhythm

buckle up for safety
