Taylor won Citizen of the Week on Friday. We were so proud of her and told her we were. Then, I found this note on the fridge. Apparently, we didn't give quite ENOUGH attention.
This was an art project in kindergarten on Ground Hog Day. I just thought Peri's turned out so cute.

congratulations, super citizen taylor! we send you our deepest congratulatory thoughts and wishes on this momentous occasion. may the world see this accomplishment as it truly is...magnificent. and may they pay you the appropriate amount of admiration, respect and attention. a parade in your honor would not be out of line, in my most humble opinion.
your loyal subjects forever,
chicken lady and family
