They were told to make a necklace, but of course Tay decided it would work better as a headdress

Since Taylor was finishing up with 4th grade, they decided to have a day to celebrate Idaho. They made a lunch of dutch oven potatoes and chicken and vegis. They made indian jewelry, they made butter and scones and maps and rugs. They even made a rug on a loom, which they sold raffle tickets for to make this day possible. 4th grade is so fun. Then Ashton celebrated his school carnival. They work hard all year long to earn money to play at their carnival. It works just like a bank. They can spend it all throughout the year, but they must have enough to go to carnival. It's a great way to learn saving and spending lessons. Peri and I got to "sell" things at the General Store. A very fun day.
